伺服(fu)(fu)(fu)電(dian)機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用場(chang)合的(de)精密性，必(bi)須具備特殊的(de)性能：零間(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)器(qi)整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動(dong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)不允許(xu)有間(jian)隙，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)隙以及(ji)回程(cheng)間(jian)隙；高(gao)剛性：即不允許(xu)出現傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)遲滯性，否則將嚴重(zhong)影響伺服(fu)(fu)(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)精度；低慣量(liang)(liang)：在(zai)保(bao)證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的(de)基(ji)礎之上，應盡可能降低伺服(fu)(fu)(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)；柔性：精密的(de)伺服(fu)(fu)(fu)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，不僅要(yao)求剛性高(gao)，同(tong)時需要(yao)吸收安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性能：耐(nai)熱性、動(dong)平衡(heng)性等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)(yu)風機連接(jie)(jie)的聯軸器(qi)。它可以將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接(jie)(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件，有時也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸與(yu)(yu)其他零件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器具有減(jian)速、增速、變向和換向等動(dong)作以及緩和沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器可分(fen)為(wei)剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器和撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大(da)類。前者不(bu)具有緩沖(chong)(chong)性(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線(xian)相對位(wei)移(yi)的能力，但結構簡單，制造成(cheng)本(ben)較(jiao)低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便(bian)。
