The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. 扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件,主要功能為過載保護,力矩聯軸器是當超(chao)載或機械故障(zhang)而導致所需扭矩超(chao)過設定值時,它以打滑形式限制傳(chuan)動系(xi)統所傳(chuan)動的扭力,打滑的同時也能(neng)一個信號輸出(chu)停掉電機和減速機,當過載情(qing)形消失(shi)后自行恢復聯結。

The pin gear coupling is designed with non-metallic flexible pin, two toothed semi-couplings and a toothed sleeve ring with an outer ring. It uses non-metallic flexible deformation to transfer torque and cushion shock and compensate angular displacement. The flexible pin coupling is a basic transmission parts that has simple structure, needs no lubrication, and is easy to manufacture, install and disassemble the flexible pin.
