SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他重型裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同(tong)(tong)軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既同(tong)(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。
