對輪聯軸器(qi)在工(gong)作過程(cheng)中,并且會帶(dai)來燃油(you)消耗(hao)空氣污染等后果,由于(yu)承(cheng)受(shou)咬入沖擊(ji)動載(zai)(zai)荷,使得聯軸器(qi)受(shou)到(dao)峰值轉矩,聯軸器(qi)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)能力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),并在短時間內失(shi)效,從(cong)而直接(jie)影響其(qi)正(zheng)常工(gong)作,其(qi)中的較薄(bo)弱(ruo)環節進行替換或維修是重(zhong)要和(he)(he)實用的。聯軸器(qi)兩軸相(xiang)對半徑變(bian)位(wei)要求較好(hao),找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很(hen)大困難。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和(he)(he)噪音可能會變(bian)大。
