SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不可(ke)避免(mian)地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用(yong)效率或造成設(she)備運行(xing)事故(gu)。
