SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的(de)場合相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離(li)可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使(shi)(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)(shi)用效率或造成設備(bei)運行事故。
