SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距(ju)離可達(da)30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)事故。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或機(ji)(ji)(ji)械故障(zhang)而(er)導致所需扭矩(ju)超過(guo)設定值時(shi)，它以打(da)滑(hua)形式限(xian)制傳(chuan)動(dong)系統所傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)扭力(li)，打(da)滑(hua)的(de)(de)同時(shi)也(ye)能一(yi)個信(xin)號輸出停掉電機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)減速機(ji)(ji)(ji)，當過(guo)載(zai)情形消失后自行恢復聯結。
