對輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)在工作(zuo)過程中,并且會(hui)帶來(lai)燃油消耗空氣污染等后(hou)果,由于承受咬(yao)入沖擊動(dong)(dong)載荷,使(shi)得聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)受到(dao)峰值轉(zhuan)矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)承載能力下降,并在短時間內失(shi)效,從(cong)而直接影響(xiang)其正常工作(zuo),其中的較薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要(yao)和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩軸相對半徑變(bian)位要(yao)求(qiu)較好,找耦(ou)合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大(da)困難。如果在駕駛(shi)過程中螺(luo)栓(shuan)松動(dong)(dong),泵(beng)裝置的振動(dong)(dong)和噪音可能會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
