SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運用相當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用(yong)效率或造成設備(bei)運行(xing)事故。
