萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接(jie)的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不同機構(gou)中的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接(jie)在一起，以(yi)此達到(dao)一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動機械(xie)零件，有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以(yi)及緩和沖(chong)(chong)擊、吸(xi)振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛(gang)性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖(chong)(chong)性和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便。
