萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高,傳動效(xiao)率優(you)異,在現代工業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。



SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局,與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用的場(chang)合相近,主要(yao)運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域,回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。
SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局,主要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie),起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)等其他(ta)重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域,回轉直徑可到1600mm,扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上,是(shi)運用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不(bu)可避(bi)免地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調整,使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行(xing),否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸和(he)從動軸牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)(lai)一同旋(xuan)轉,并傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸與(yu)其他(ta)零件(jian)(如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等)。
靠背輪常(chang)由(you)兩半合成,分別用(yong)鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合等聯接,緊固(gu)在兩軸端,再通過(guo)某(mou)種方式(shi)將兩半聯接起來(lai)。
靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可(ke)兼有(you)補償(chang)兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生(sheng)的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(包括(kuo)軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi));以及(ji)緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。
靠背(bei)輪為俗稱,專業叫法(fa)(fa)為聯軸器以及法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan),用于(yu)機(ji)械設備的連接。
