對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)在工作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中,并(bing)且(qie)會(hui)帶來燃(ran)油消(xiao)耗空(kong)氣污染等后果,由(you)于承受咬入(ru)沖(chong)擊動(dong)載荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)承載能力下降,并(bing)在短(duan)時間內失效,從而(er)直接影響其(qi)正(zheng)常工作(zuo),其(qi)中的(de)(de)較薄弱環節(jie)進行替換或維修是重要(yao)和實用的(de)(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變位要(yao)求較好,找耦(ou)合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很(hen)大困難。如果在駕駛過(guo)程(cheng)中螺栓松(song)動(dong),泵裝置的(de)(de)振動(dong)和噪(zao)音可能會(hui)變大。
