高速膜片式聯軸器失效機理

伺(si)(si)(si)服電(dian)機(ji)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，因其(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)場(chang)合的(de)精(jing)密性，必(bi)須具備特殊的(de)性能(neng)(neng)：零間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器整體(ti)在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)中不(bu)允許有間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛(gang)(gang)性：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯性，否則將嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)伺(si)(si)(si)服馬達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)精(jing)度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可能(neng)(neng)降低伺(si)(si)(si)服馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)重(zhong)量；柔性：精(jing)密的(de)伺(si)(si)(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求剛(gang)(gang)性高，同時需要吸收安(an)裝過程(cheng)中產生的(de)軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其(qi)(qi)他(ta)性能(neng)(neng)：耐熱性、動(dong)(dong)平衡(heng)性等。
風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與風(feng)機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的聯軸器。它可(ke)以將不同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一起，以此(ci)達到一同旋轉(zhuan)的目的，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動(dong)(dong)機(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸與其他(ta)零(ling)件。
風機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具(ju)有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和換(huan)向(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)(zuo)以及(ji)緩和沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器可分(fen)為剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和撓性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩(liang)大類。前(qian)者不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對位移(yi)的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便(bian)。
