SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在(zai)重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)采用整體(ti)式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他重型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣(guang)泛應用于電子(zi)裝備行業(ye)、自(zi)動化生產線、輸送機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或機械故障而導致所需扭矩(ju)超過設定值時，它以打滑形式(shi)限制(zhi)傳動系統所傳動的(de)扭力(li)，打滑的(de)同時也能一個(ge)信號輸出停掉電機和減(jian)速(su)機，當過載情形消失后(hou)自行恢復(fu)聯結。
