梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償(chang)兩軸相對位移，減(jian)振緩沖(chong)，結構(gou)簡單，無需潤(run)滑維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性(xing)體(ti)由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在工作過程(cheng)中(zhong)，并且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果，由于承受咬入(ru)沖擊動載荷(he)，使(shi)得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)受到峰(feng)值(zhi)轉矩(ju)，聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承載能力下(xia)降(jiang)，并在短時間內失效，從而(er)直(zhi)接影響其(qi)正常工作，其(qi)中(zhong)的(de)較(jiao)薄弱環節進行替換或(huo)維修是重要和(he)實用的(de)。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對半(ban)徑變位要求較(jiao)好，找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在很大(da)困(kun)難。如果在駕駛(shi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松動，泵裝置的(de)振動和(he)噪音(yin)可能會變大(da)。
