SWP十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領(ling)域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸與其他零(ling)件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)起來。
