扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載或(huo)機械(xie)故障而(er)導(dao)致所(suo)需扭矩超過(guo)設定值時(shi)(shi)，它以打滑(hua)形式限制(zhi)傳動系(xi)統(tong)所(suo)傳動的扭力(li)，打滑(hua)的同時(shi)(shi)也能一個信(xin)號輸出(chu)停掉電機和減速機，當過(guo)載情形消失后自行恢復聯(lian)結。
