風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)(yu)風(feng)機(ji)連接(jie)(jie)的聯(lian)(lian)軸器。它可以將不(bu)同機(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密(mi)連接(jie)(jie)在一起(qi),以此達到一同旋(xuan)轉的目的,并傳遞運動機(ji)械零件,有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)軸與(yu)(yu)其(qi)他零件。
風機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有(you)減速、增速、變向和(he)(he)換向等動作以(yi)及緩和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器可分為剛性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器和(he)(he)撓性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖(chong)性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸線相對位移(yi)的(de)能力,但結構簡單(dan),制造成(cheng)本較低,裝拆、維護方(fang)便。
