SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的(de)場合相近(jin)，主要運(yun)用(yong)(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸(shu)機械(xie)等(deng)其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或造成(cheng)設備(bei)運行(xing)事(shi)故。
