伺(si)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因(yin)其使用場合的(de)(de)精(jing)密性(xing)，必須具備特(te)殊的(de)(de)性(xing)能：零間隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體在傳動(dong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)允(yun)許有間隙，包括正向間隙以(yi)及回程間隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允(yun)許出(chu)現(xian)傳動(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴重影響(xiang)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)馬達傳動(dong)的(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)；低(di)慣量：在保證傳動(dong)強度(du)的(de)(de)基礎之上，應盡可能降低(di)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)(de)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛(gang)性(xing)高，同時(shi)需要吸(xi)收安(an)裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)(zhong)產生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐(nai)熱性(xing)、動(dong)平衡(heng)性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的聯軸(zhou)器。它(ta)可以(yi)將不同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在(zai)一(yi)起，以(yi)此(ci)達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)機(ji)械(xie)零件(jian)，有時(shi)也(ye)用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他(ta)零件(jian)。

風機聯軸器(qi)具有減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等(deng)動作以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器(qi)可分為剛性聯軸器(qi)和(he)撓(nao)性聯軸器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具有緩(huan)沖性和(he)補償兩(liang)軸線相對位移的能(neng)力(li)，但結構簡單，制造成本較(jiao)低，裝拆、維護方便。
