SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中都不可(ke)避免(mian)地(di)要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平(ping)行，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。
