SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采(cai)用剖(pou)分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的場合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重(zhong)載大(da)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起(qi)重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備運行事故。
