SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使(shi)用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超(chao)載(zai)或機械(xie)故障而導致(zhi)所需扭(niu)矩(ju)超(chao)過設定值時，它以打(da)滑(hua)形(xing)式限制傳動系統(tong)所傳動的扭(niu)力，打(da)滑(hua)的同時也(ye)能(neng)一個(ge)信(xin)號輸出停掉電機和減速機，當過載(zai)情形(xing)消(xiao)失后(hou)自行恢復聯結(jie)。
