萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域(yu)被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進行同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平行，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效(xiao)率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行事故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償(chang)兩軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結構(gou)簡(jian)單，無需潤滑維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂(zhi)彈性(xing)體(ti)由(you)凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚氨脂塑料元件(jian)(jian)以(yi)獨(du)有(you)(you)配方(fang)配制(zhi),具有(you)(you)耐磨性(xing)(xing)高抗溫性(xing)(xing)好韌性(xing)(xing)強(qiang),與一般普通塑膠件(jian)(jian)質量穩定耐用. 梅花(hua)型體有(you)(you)六瓣和八瓣,根據客戶要求定制(zhi). 固定方(fang)式有(you)(you)鍵槽(cao).

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機(ji)構中(zhong)的主(zhu)動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械部件(jian)(jian)。有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有(you)補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安(an)裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等原(yuan)因所發生(sheng)的偏移（包括(kuo)軸向偏移、徑(jing)向偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專(zhuan)業(ye)叫法為聯軸器(qi)以及法蘭，用于(yu)機械設(she)備的(de)連接(jie)。
