伺服電機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器，因其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)場合的精密性(xing)，必須具備(bei)特殊的性(xing)能(neng)：零(ling)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器整體在傳動(dong)過程(cheng)中不(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及回(hui)程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)：即不(bu)允許(xu)出現傳動(dong)的遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺服馬達(da)傳動(dong)的精度(du)；低慣量：在保證(zheng)傳動(dong)強度(du)的基礎(chu)之(zhi)上(shang)，應盡可能(neng)降低伺服馬達(da)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器的重量；柔性(xing)：精密的伺服聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求剛性(xing)高，同時需要吸收(shou)安裝過程(cheng)中產生的軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的偏差；其(qi)他性(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)性(xing)等。

風(feng)機(ji)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器具有(you)減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等動作以及(ji)緩(huan)(huan)和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器可分(fen)為剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性(xing)(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器兩大類(lei)。前者不具有(you)緩(huan)(huan)沖性(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位(wei)移的能力，但結構簡(jian)單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
