對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在工作過程(cheng)中(zhong),并且會(hui)帶(dai)來燃油消(xiao)耗空(kong)氣污染等后(hou)果,由于承受咬入沖擊動載荷,使得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩(ju),聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載能(neng)力下降,并在短時間內(nei)失效(xiao),從而直接(jie)影響(xiang)其正常(chang)工作,其中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)較薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要(yao)和實用的(de)(de)(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對半徑變(bian)位(wei)要(yao)求較好,找(zhao)耦合(he)同心度(du)為0.2~0.6mm,存在很(hen)大困難(nan)。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松動,泵裝置的(de)(de)(de)振動和噪音可能(neng)會(hui)變(bian)大。
