對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在工作過(guo)程(cheng)中,并且會帶來燃油(you)消耗空氣污染等后(hou)果,由(you)于承受(shou)咬(yao)入沖擊動載荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受(shou)到峰(feng)值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載能(neng)力下(xia)降(jiang),并在短時間內失效,從而直接(jie)影(ying)響其正常(chang)工作,其中的較薄(bo)弱環節進行替換或維(wei)修(xiu)是(shi)重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半(ban)徑變(bian)位要求較好(hao),找(zhao)耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果在駕駛(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)中螺栓松動,泵裝置的振動和噪(zao)音(yin)可能(neng)會變(bian)大。
