SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可達(da)30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地(di)要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對(dui)輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)效率或造成設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故。
