SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不(bu)可避免地(di)要進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使用效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。
