卷筒聯軸器由帶鼓形齒(chi)(chi)的(de)外齒(chi)(chi)軸套(tao)、帶聯接法蘭和內齒(chi)(chi)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)外套(tao)、帶外球面的(de)承載環、端蓋和密封(feng)圈(quan)(quan)等(deng)組成,并設(she)有定位磨損指針、潤(run)滑油孔(kong)和通氣孔(kong)等(deng)。
外(wai)齒(chi)軸套和外(wai)套構(gou)成(cheng)的鼓形(xing)齒(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)傳遞驅動(dong)(dong)功(gong)率, 而由承(cheng)(cheng)載環的外(wai)球面和外(wai)套的內承(cheng)(cheng)載面形(xing)成(cheng)的接(jie)觸副構(gou)成(cheng)自動(dong)(dong)調(diao)位的球面軸承(cheng)(cheng),承(cheng)(cheng)受徑向載荷。聯(lian)軸器(qi)的內、外(wai)齒(chi)嚙(nie)合在(zai)油浴中工作,通過內外(wai)端(duan)蓋、密封圈防止潤滑脂(zhi)泄漏。
