SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達(da)30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效率(lv)或造(zao)成(cheng)設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具有(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等(deng)動作(zuo)以及(ji)緩(huan)和沖擊(ji)、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)可分為剛(gang)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)和撓性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩大類。前者不具有(you)緩(huan)沖性和補償兩軸線相對位移的能力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便(bian)。
