伺(si)服(fu)電(dian)機聯軸(zhou)器，因其使用場合(he)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)器整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不允(yun)許(xu)有(you)間(jian)隙，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)隙以(yi)及回程(cheng)間(jian)隙；高(gao)剛性(xing)(xing)：即不允(yun)許(xu)出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則將嚴(yan)重影(ying)響伺(si)服(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)；低(di)慣量：在保證傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度(du)的(de)(de)(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可能(neng)降低(di)伺(si)服(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)(de)(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯軸(zhou)器，不僅要(yao)求剛性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時需要(yao)吸(xi)收(shou)安(an)裝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)產生的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱(re)性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連(lian)接(jie)的聯軸器。它可以將不(bu)同機構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢牢地緊(jin)密連(lian)接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)機械零件，有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸與(yu)其(qi)他零件。
風(feng)機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有減(jian)速、增速、變向和換向等(deng)動作以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和撓性聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性和補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位移的能(neng)力(li)，但結構(gou)簡單(dan)，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方(fang)便(bian)。
