星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂彈性體(ti)由凸形爪塊限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

蛇形(xing)聯軸器共有九(jiu)類型(xing)式，分別是JS罩(zhao)殼徑向安(an)(an)裝型(xing)（基(ji)本型(xing)）、JSB罩(zhao)殼軸向安(an)(an)裝型(xing)、JSS雙法(fa)(fa)蘭聯接(jie)型(xing)、JSD單(dan)法(fa)(fa)蘭聯接(jie)型(xing)、SJS接(jie)中間軸型(xing)、JSG高速(su)型(xing)、JSZ帶制動(dong)輪型(xing)、JSP帶制動(dong)盤型(xing)、JSA安(an)(an)全(quan)型(xing)等。

蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運轉時，是靠主動(dong)端齒面對蛇簧(huang)的軸向作用力(li)帶動(dong)從動(dong)端，來傳遞(di)扭(niu)矩，如(ru)此在(zai)很大程度(du)上避免(mian)了共振現象(xiang)發生(sheng)，且簧(huang)片在(zai)傳遞(di)扭(niu)矩時所產生(sheng)的彈(dan)性變量，使機械系統能獲得較好的減(jian)振效(xiao)果，其平均減(jian)振率達36%以(yi)上。
