伺服電機聯(lian)(lian)軸器，因其(qi)使用場合的(de)精(jing)密性，必須(xu)具備特殊的(de)性能(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)(lian)軸器整(zheng)體(ti)在傳(chuan)動過程中不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回(hui)程間(jian)隙(xi)；高剛(gang)性：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)動的(de)遲滯性，否則將(jiang)嚴重影(ying)響伺服馬達傳(chuan)動的(de)精(jing)度(du)；低慣量(liang)(liang)：在保證傳(chuan)動強度(du)的(de)基礎之(zhi)上，應盡可能(neng)降低伺服馬達聯(lian)(lian)軸器的(de)重量(liang)(liang)；柔性：精(jing)密的(de)伺服聯(lian)(lian)軸器，不(bu)僅要(yao)求(qiu)剛(gang)性高，同時需(xu)要(yao)吸收安(an)裝過程中產(chan)生的(de)軸與軸之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)偏差；其(qi)他性能(neng)：耐熱性、動平衡性等。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連接(jie)的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接(jie)在(zai)一起，以此達到一同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作用。聯軸(zhou)器可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓(nao)性聯軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大類(lei)。前者(zhe)不具有緩沖性和(he)(he)補(bu)償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的(de)能(neng)力，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
