對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間重心位(wei)置(zhi)偏(pian)心量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可能值是平方和(he)(he)方根(gen)值而決定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),主要由兩半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯接螺栓組成,對輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)前,鏜削切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)修(xiu)整聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)其它(ta)表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加工(gong)等(deng)。半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)有(you)圓錐孔(kong)(kong)和(he)(he)圓柱孔(kong)(kong)兩種形式,圓錐孔(kong)(kong)比圓柱孔(kong)(kong)在工(gong)藝特(te)性上有(you)較多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)點,圓錐形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)(kong)容(rong)易獲(huo)得(de)相配(pei)合部件(jian)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)心。


對(dui)輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在工作(zuo)過程中,并(bing)且會帶來(lai)燃油(you)消耗空氣(qi)污染等后果(guo),由于承(cheng)受(shou)(shou)咬入沖擊動(dong)(dong)載荷,使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)受(shou)(shou)到(dao)峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)載能力(li)下降,并(bing)在短時間內失效,從而直(zhi)接影響其(qi)正常工作(zuo),其(qi)中的較(jiao)(jiao)薄弱環節進行替換(huan)或維(wei)修是(shi)重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變(bian)位(wei)要求(qiu)較(jiao)(jiao)好,找耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難。如果(guo)在駕(jia)駛(shi)過程中螺栓松動(dong)(dong),泵裝置的振(zhen)動(dong)(dong)和噪音可能會變(bian)大。
