對輪聯軸器慣性(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)線與(yu)旋轉軸(zhou)線之間重心位置偏心量的(de)可能值是(shi)平方和(he)方根值而(er)決(jue)定的(de),主(zhu)要由兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)器和(he)聯接螺栓組成,對(dui)輪聯軸(zhou)器軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)裝配前,鏜削切割和(he)鍵槽的(de)修整聯軸(zhou)器端面和(he)其它表面的(de)加工等(deng)。半聯軸(zhou)器的(de)軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)和(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)兩(liang)種形(xing)式(shi),圓(yuan)(yuan)錐孔(kong)(kong)比圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)在工藝特性(xing)上有較多的(de)特點,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形(xing)軸(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)(kong)容易獲得相配合部件之間的(de)同心。


對(dui)輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)在(zai)工作過(guo)程(cheng)中,并(bing)且會(hui)帶來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染(ran)等后果(guo),由于承(cheng)受咬入(ru)沖擊動(dong)載荷,使(shi)得聯軸(zhou)器(qi)受到(dao)峰值轉矩,聯軸(zhou)器(qi)承(cheng)載能(neng)力下降,并(bing)在(zai)短(duan)時(shi)間內(nei)失效,從(cong)而(er)直接影(ying)響其正常(chang)工作,其中的(de)較薄弱環(huan)節進行替換或(huo)維(wei)修是重要和(he)實(shi)用的(de)。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對(dui)半(ban)徑變(bian)位要求較好,找耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大(da)困(kun)難。如果(guo)在(zai)駕(jia)駛(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)中螺(luo)栓松動(dong),泵裝置(zhi)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)和(he)噪(zao)音可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
