The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. It uses non-metallic flexible deformation to transfer torque and cushion shock and compensate angular displacement. The flexible pin coupling is a basic transmission parts that has simple structure, needs no lubrication, and is easy to manufacture, install and disassemble the flexible pin. It uses two semi-couplings with flange holes and a non-metallic flexible pin for crane to transmit torque, suitable for low-to-medium speed and low-to-medium torque occasions. 對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸器在工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)過程中(zhong),并(bing)且會帶來(lai)燃油消耗空氣污染等(deng)后(hou)果(guo),由(you)于承受咬入沖擊動載(zai)荷,使(shi)得聯(lian)軸器受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸器承載(zai)能(neng)(neng)力下降(jiang),并(bing)在短時間內失效,從而直接影(ying)響其正常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),其中(zhong)的較(jiao)薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸器兩(liang)軸相對(dui)半(ban)徑變位(wei)要求較(jiao)好,找(zhao)耦合(he)同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在很(hen)大(da)困難。如果(guo)在駕駛過程中(zhong)螺(luo)栓松動,泵(beng)裝置的振動和噪音可能(neng)(neng)會變大(da)。
