萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率優異，在(zai)現代工業領域被(bei)廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避(bi)免(mian)地要進(jin)行同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于電子(zi)裝備行業(ye)、自(zi)動化(hua)生(sheng)產線、輸送機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超(chao)載或機(ji)械故障而導致所(suo)需扭矩(ju)超(chao)過設定值時(shi)，它以打滑(hua)形式限制傳(chuan)動系統(tong)所(suo)傳(chuan)動的扭力，打滑(hua)的同時(shi)也能一個信號(hao)輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji)，當過載情(qing)形消失后自行恢復(fu)聯結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電子裝(zhuang)備行(xing)業、自動化生產線、輸(shu)送機行(xing)業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來(lai)。

靠背(bei)輪(lun)聯軸器可(ke)兼(jian)有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不(bu)精確、工作時的(de)(de)變形(xing)或熱(re)膨脹等原(yuan)因所(suo)發生的(de)(de)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)或綜合(he)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)）；以(yi)及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸(xi)振。
