對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間重心位置偏心量(liang)的可能(neng)值(zhi)是(shi)平方和(he)方根值(zhi)而決(jue)定的,主要由兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)聯(lian)接螺栓組成,對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)(kong)裝配前,鏜削切割和(he)鍵槽(cao)的修整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)其它表(biao)面的加工等(deng)。半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)(kong)有圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)和(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)兩種形式,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)(kong)比(bi)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)孔(kong)(kong)在(zai)工藝特性上有較(jiao)多的特點,圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)形軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)(tao)孔(kong)(kong)容易獲得(de)相(xiang)配合部件之間的同心。


對(dui)輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在工作(zuo)過程中,并(bing)且會(hui)帶來燃油消耗空氣污染(ran)等后果,由于承(cheng)受咬入沖擊(ji)動(dong)載荷,使得(de)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受到峰值轉(zhuan)矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承(cheng)載能力下(xia)降(jiang),并(bing)在短時間內失效(xiao),從而直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響其正常工作(zuo),其中的較薄弱環節進行替換或維(wei)修是重(zhong)要和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變位要求(qiu)較好,找(zhao)耦合同心度(du)為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大(da)困難。如果在駕駛(shi)過程中螺栓松動(dong),泵裝(zhuang)置的振動(dong)和噪音可能會(hui)變大(da)。
