萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他重型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安(an)裝(zhuang)過(guo)程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作過(guo)程中，并且(qie)會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果，由于承受咬入沖擊動(dong)載(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器受到(dao)峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器承載(zai)能力下降，并在(zai)(zai)短時間內失效，從而直接影響(xiang)其正常工(gong)作，其中的較(jiao)薄(bo)弱環(huan)節進行(xing)替換或維修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變位要求較(jiao)好(hao)，找(zhao)耦合同心(xin)度(du)為0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)(zai)很大困(kun)難(nan)。如(ru)果在(zai)(zai)駕(jia)駛(shi)過(guo)程中螺(luo)栓松動(dong)，泵(beng)裝置的振動(dong)和噪音可(ke)能會變大。
