伺(si)(si)服(fu)電(dian)機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，因其使用場合的(de)(de)精密性(xing)，必須具備(bei)特(te)殊的(de)(de)性(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器整體(ti)在(zai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)中不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)有間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)：即不(bu)(bu)允許(xu)出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲(chi)滯性(xing)，否則將嚴(yan)重影響(xiang)伺(si)(si)服(fu)馬達(da)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精度；低(di)慣量(liang)(liang)：在(zai)保證傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強(qiang)度的(de)(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可(ke)能降(jiang)低(di)伺(si)(si)服(fu)馬達(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)重量(liang)(liang)；柔性(xing)：精密的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)服(fu)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)要求剛性(xing)高，同時需要吸收安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中產生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同(tong)(tong)機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密(mi)連接在(zai)一起，以此(ci)達到一同(tong)(tong)旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞(di)運動機(ji)械零件，有時(shi)也(ye)用以聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。
風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增(zeng)速、變(bian)向和(he)(he)(he)換(huan)向等動作以及緩和(he)(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的(de)作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類(lei)。前者不具(ju)有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線(xian)相對位移的(de)能力，但結(jie)構簡單，制造成本(ben)較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便。
