卷(juan)(juan)筒聯(lian)軸器是(shi)(shi)起重設備傳動(dong)系統中重要的的部件, 通(tong)過其連接減速機(ji)(ji)動(dong)力輸入軸和卷(juan)(juan)筒契合,傳遞扭矩同時限制卷(juan)(juan)筒的軸向(xiang)竄(cuan)動(dong),并且帶有機(ji)(ji)械或(huo)者電子磨損報警,是(shi)(shi)卷(juan)(juan)筒式提升機(ji)(ji)構的核心部件之一。

卷筒聯軸器由帶(dai)(dai)鼓形齒的外齒軸套、帶(dai)(dai)聯接法蘭和內齒圈的外套、帶(dai)(dai)外球(qiu)面的承載環、端蓋和密(mi)封圈等組成,并(bing)設有(you)定位磨損指針(zhen)、潤滑油孔和通氣孔等。
外(wai)齒(chi)軸套和(he)外(wai)套構成的鼓形齒(chi)式(shi)聯軸器傳遞驅動(dong)功率, 而由承(cheng)載環的外(wai)球面和(he)外(wai)套的內(nei)(nei)承(cheng)載面形成的接觸副構成自(zi)動(dong)調位的球面軸承(cheng),承(cheng)受徑向載荷。聯軸器的內(nei)(nei)、外(wai)齒(chi)嚙合在油浴中工作,通過(guo)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)端蓋、密(mi)封(feng)圈防止潤滑(hua)脂泄漏。
