SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使(shi)用的場(chang)合相近，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免地(di)要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。
