伺服(fu)電機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)精密性，必須具備特殊的(de)性能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程中不允許(xu)有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向(xiang)間(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性：即不允許(xu)出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲滯性，否(fou)則將嚴重影響伺服(fu)馬(ma)達傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在保證傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基礎之上，應盡可(ke)能降低(di)伺服(fu)馬(ma)達聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重量(liang)；柔性：精密的(de)伺服(fu)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不僅要求剛性高，同時需要吸(xi)收安裝過程中產生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他性能：耐熱(re)性、動(dong)(dong)平衡性等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的聯軸(zhou)器。它(ta)可以(yi)將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密連接在(zai)一起，以(yi)此達到一同(tong)旋轉的目(mu)的，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)機械零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)。
