SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使(shi)用的場(chang)合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大(da)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其(qi)他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可(ke)避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用(yong)效率或造(zao)成設(she)備運行事(shi)故。
