萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高，傳動效率優異(yi)，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合(he)相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使對輪(lun)既同(tong)心又平行，否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備(bei)運行事故。

對輪聯軸器慣性主軸(zhou)線與旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線之(zhi)間重心(xin)(xin)位置偏心(xin)(xin)量的可(ke)能值是平方(fang)和(he)方(fang)根值而(er)決定的，主要由兩半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)聯接(jie)螺栓組成(cheng)，對輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)軸(zhou)套孔裝配前，鏜(tang)削切割和(he)鍵槽的修整聯軸(zhou)器(qi)端面(mian)和(he)其它表面(mian)的加工(gong)等。半(ban)(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的軸(zhou)套孔有圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔和(he)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)孔兩種形(xing)式，圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔比(bi)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)(zhu)孔在工(gong)藝特性上有較多(duo)的特點(dian)，圓(yuan)錐(zhui)形(xing)軸(zhou)套孔容易獲得相配合(he)部件之(zhi)間的同心(xin)(xin)。

對(dui)輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器在(zai)工作(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)程中(zhong)，并且會帶(dai)來燃(ran)油(you)消耗空氣污染(ran)等后果，由于(yu)承(cheng)受(shou)咬(yao)入(ru)沖擊(ji)動載荷，使得聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器受(shou)到峰值(zhi)轉矩(ju)，聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器承(cheng)載能(neng)力下降，并在(zai)短時(shi)間內失效，從而直接影(ying)響其正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)，其中(zhong)的(de)較薄(bo)弱環(huan)節進行替(ti)換(huan)或(huo)維修是重要和實用的(de)。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變位要求較好，找(zhao)耦合同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)很大(da)困(kun)難。如果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程中(zhong)螺栓松動，泵裝置(zhi)的(de)振動和噪音(yin)可能(neng)會變大(da)。
