星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性(xing)體由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的主(zhu)動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的機械部件(jian)(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸與其他(ta)零件(jian)(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩半合成，分別用(yong)鍵(jian)或(huo)緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸器(qi)可(ke)兼有補(bu)償兩(liang)軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原因(yin)所(suo)發生(sheng)的偏移(yi)（包括軸向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合(he)偏移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪為俗稱，專(zhuan)業叫法為聯軸器以及法蘭，用于(yu)機械設備(bei)的連接(jie)。
