SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)(de)機(ji)泵在安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中都不可避免地(di)要進行同軸度(du)的(de)(de)調整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運(yun)行事故。

伺服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機聯(lian)軸器(qi)，因其使用場合(he)的精密(mi)性(xing)，必須具備特殊的性(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器(qi)整(zheng)體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程中不(bu)允(yun)許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包(bao)括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允(yun)許出(chu)現傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴重(zhong)影響伺服(fu)(fu)馬達傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在保(bao)證傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的基礎之上(shang)，應盡可能降低(di)伺服(fu)(fu)馬達聯(lian)軸器(qi)的重(zhong)量(liang)；柔性(xing)：精密(mi)的伺服(fu)(fu)聯(lian)軸器(qi)，不(bu)僅要求剛性(xing)高(gao)，同時需要吸(xi)收安裝過程中產生的軸與軸之間(jian)的偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐熱(re)性(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平(ping)衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。它可以將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)機械零(ling)件，有(you)時(shi)也(ye)用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)件。

風機(ji)聯軸器具有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等動作以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作用(yong)。聯軸器可分為剛性聯軸器和(he)撓性聯軸器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和(he)補償兩軸線相對位移的(de)能力，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)(jian)。有時(shi)也(ye)用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠(kao)背輪(lun)聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或(huo)熱膨(peng)脹等原因所(suo)發生(sheng)的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振。
