扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件,主要功能為過載保護,力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或機械故障而導(dao)致所需(xu)扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)超過設定值時,它以打滑(hua)形(xing)式限制(zhi)傳(chuan)動系統所傳(chuan)動的(de)扭(niu)(niu)力,打滑(hua)的(de)同時也能一個信號輸出(chu)停掉電機和(he)減速(su)機,當過載(zai)情(qing)形(xing)消失后自行恢(hui)復聯結。
