高壓風機電機膜片聯軸器

伺服(fu)電機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，因(yin)其使用(yong)場合的(de)精密(mi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)，必須具備(bei)特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)整體(ti)在傳動(dong)(dong)過程中不(bu)(bu)(bu)允(yun)許(xu)有間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)以及(ji)回程間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)(gao)剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)(bu)(bu)允(yun)許(xu)出現傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲(chi)滯性(xing)(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則將嚴(yan)重影響伺服(fu)馬(ma)達傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)精度；低慣量：在保(bao)證傳動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基(ji)礎之(zhi)(zhi)上，應盡可能降低伺服(fu)馬(ma)達聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)：精密(mi)的(de)伺服(fu)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)高(gao)(gao)，同時需要吸收安裝(zhuang)過程中產生的(de)軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其他(ta)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)。它(ta)可以(yi)將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢牢地緊(jin)密連接在(zai)一起，以(yi)此達到一同旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件(jian)，有時(shi)也(ye)用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他(ta)零件(jian)。
風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)換(huan)向等動作(zuo)以及(ji)緩和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相對位移(yi)的能(neng)力，但結(jie)構簡單(dan)，制造(zao)成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。
